This site is inspired by Pirates Without Borders, the Pirate Box Project and anyone who sees the value in pinning important content to the IPFS network.

Reprisal was tiered of being Captain Marques’s first mate so she has stolen the Phoenix and left the Precariat to join the Shiny Badger Express, The Bitcoin Bomber, and The Black Sale. Having been promoted to Admiral, Reprisal is now leading the fleet on a mission to a galaxy far far away to recover some pirates’ booty. Discover all the pirate’s treasure she and her crew have uncovered here on the web site and order some booty today!

A note about the storage configuration: If you want to back up a YouTube channel or other video platform page to IPFS, the Pirate Box offers a built in Video Grabber Tool (PBVGT) and an IPFS pinning options from the included IPFS Search tool. The trick here is that the video grabber tool will write to the disk the OS is on (The USB Flash Drive or SD card) and the pinning of that file to IPFS will happen on ether that USB drive/SD card or an external SSD drive if the disk expansion tool is used to format an external SSD drive for IPFS storage. So in effect you will have two copies of the video files you want to back up. One on the USB drive as a standard video file and one on the SSD drive as an IPFS file. It is recommended you have adequate drive space for both files and why I offer both a flash drive for the OS boot drive and an SSD drive for the IPFS file system.

Your best bet to find a Raspberry Pi quickly is eBay.
